Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Jaded pieces as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your items within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Final sale items (e.g., earrings, swimwear, and sale merchandise) cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Visit jadedoflondon.com and log into your account.
  2. Navigate to your order history and select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
  3. Follow the prompts to generate a return label.

Processing Time

  • Once we receive your return, please allow up to 7 business days for processing.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If your desired item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.

International Returns
Customers outside the UK are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees.
